2. Discussion regarding potential zoning regulation updates:
a. Sign regulations (CGS 8-2 attached)

c. Charging Station Requirements in multi-family developments/commercial parking areas
d. Affordable Unit Requirements in residential housing
e. Sidewalk/Multi-Use Paths
