Item 15D - Resolution Exempting 59 Sullivan Avenue from Sewer Use Fees

BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby determines that a certain sewer use lien in the amount of $385.00 at Volume 2630 and Page 279 of the Town of South Windsor Land Records be vacated and directs that the Town of South Windsor, Tax Collector release said lien and file such release on the Land Records of the Town; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby exempts 59 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor, from sewer use fees for so long as said property is owned by the Town.
