Item 15A - Resolution Authorizing the Town Manager to Sign a Memorandum of Understanding Agreement Between the Town of South Windsor and the South Windsor Board of Education

WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding has been drafted which outlines the ways in which the shared space at Wapping School will be used and careful steps have been taken to assign building usage costs to the appropriate entity
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby authorizes Town Manager, Matthew B. Galligan to sign and execute a Memorandum of Understanding between the Town of South Windsor and the South Windsor Board of Education; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby authorizes Town Manager, Matthew B. Galligan to sign and execute any other necessary documentation to facilitate this Memorandum of Understanding.
