BE IT RESOLVED, that the South Windsor Town Council hereby appoints Angela Case
(D) as a member of the Housing and Fair Rent Commission for a term ending November
30, 2026. Consideration of this motion is postponed until the Town Council's next
regularly scheduled meeting.
2. Resolution appointing Tara McCausland-Pollard (D) as a member of the Housing
and Fair Rent Commission

to the unexpired term of Dan Katzbek (R) for a term end date of December 1, 2023.

10. Resolution appointing Steven Cordeiro (R) as an alternate on the Water Pollution
Control Authority
BE IT RESOLVED, that the South Windsor Town Council hereby appoints Steven
Cordeiro (R) as an alternate on the Water Pollution Control Authority to fill the expired
term of Vicki Paliulis (R), for a term end date of November 30, 2023. Consideration of
this motion is postponed until the Town Council's next regularly scheduled meeting.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the South Windsor Town Council hereby approves a refund of taxes
to twenty-three (23) South Windsor Taxpayers, the total of said refunds being $9,287.84 and
as more fully described on attachment exhibit A.
