BE IT RESOLVED, that the South Windsor Town Council hereby appoints Maria
Baseel (U) as a member of the South Windsor Arts Commission to fill a vacancy, for a
term ending December 31, 2023.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the South Windsor Town Council hereby approves a refund of taxes
to two (2) South Windsor residents, the total of said refunds being $1,059.38 and as more fully
described in attached exhibit A.

Item 13C - Resolution authorizing the Town Manager to sign the Connecticut Department of
Transportation local bridge program supplemental application for the Pleasant Valley
Road bridge over the Podunk River bridge, No. 04156, State project No. 9132-9001
WHEREAS, the Town of South Windsor is eligible to receive a grant from the State of
Connecticut Local Bridge Program to fund up to 50% of the eligible project costs for the
replacement of the Pleasant Valley Road Bridge over the Podunk River.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the South Windsor Town Council hereby authorizes the Town
Manager, Michael Maniscalco, MPA to sign the Local Bridge Program Supplemental
Application and any associated agreements between the State of Connecticut and the Town of
South Windsor for the Pleasant Valley Road Bridge over the Podunk River, Bridge No. 04156

funds from the Public Works account to the Building Feasibility Capital project account to
complete a study on Town buildings and potential future Capital project needs.

resignation of Jamie Gamble (R) from the South Windsor Town Council effective June 20,
2023 at 11:59pm; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the South Windsor Town Council extends its thanks to
Jamie Gamble for the time he has dedicated to serving the community of South Windsor by his
participation on the Town Council.
