Item 15A - Resolution Authorizing Town Manager Matthew B. Galligan to Sign and Execute a Tax Fixing Agreement with Scannel Properties

WHEREAS, on November 5, 2018, the Town Council adopted a resolution approving the offer of a Tax Assessment Agreement with Scannell Properties; and
WHEREAS, Scannell Properties and the Town have negotiated the terms of a written agreement
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby authorizes Town Manager, Matthew B. Galligan to sign and execute said Tax Fixing Agreement on behalf of the Town of South Windsor.
